The evils of social media… quantified

It’s fair to say that we’re all well aware of the negative associations with too much time spent on social media. We can talk to teenagers about this until we’re blue in the face, though, and the response will still be, “yeah, sure”.

Conducted this past November, our Community and Belonging Survey of 22,297 students at 96 independent schools across the United States and Canada, adds actual numbers to the conversation. In this short video (just 7 ½ minutes), I share the numbers. They’re stark and they’re frightening.
